John Somerton is an online marketing consultant at one of Atlantic Canada's leading IT firms where he is actively involved in and advises on many facets of online marketing including strategy, software tools, user experience (UX) design, search marketing (SEO/SEM), social media, and performance optimization (web analytics and KPIs).

With a strong belief in the power of a story well told, John strives to incorporate story and the customer journey into all of his marketing concepts and campaigns. He lives in St. John's, NL, Canada with his wife and three children.
